John has more than twenty three years of experience in the industry and he is certified in HVAC from Harper College. He continually attends classes to stay at the top of the technology and changes within the industry. John is our service manager and oversees all functions of the service department.

Kurt Olszewski Kurt Olszewski, Vice President/Owner

Kurt has more than twenty one years of experience in the industry and he is certified in HVAC from Harper College. He also continually attends classes to stay at the top of the technology and changes within the industry. Kurt is our sales manager and oversees the sales and marketing areas at JNL.

Carol has been with JNL Climate Control since 2008, and has over 15 years of administrative experience.  The day to day functions and programs that are utilized by JNL Climate Control to bring our customer’s the best service possible can partly be credited to a smooth running office, and Carol ensures just that.

Sherry has been part of the JNL team for over nine years, although she has over twenty years of experience in the customer service field. She is the voice you hear whenever you call JNL.

James Jewel James Jewel, Install Manager

James Jewell -a.k.a. "Jimmy" has been the install manager for JNL Climate Control for the past nine years. The best word to describe Jimmy is craftsman! His thirty one years of knowledge and expertise have made him a tremendous asset to our company and our customers' satisfaction. Quality work is always a top priority to Jimmy.

In our "Customer Satisfaction Rating Program", our new installation customers always rate Jimmy's installations at 100%. Jimmy also oversees the other install personnel at JNL. His commitment to quality flows down to all the installers at JNL.

When new installers start at JNL, they work under the direct super- vision of Jimmy. Within one week, Jimmy can determine if this person fIts into the caliber of installers that JNL employs. Most do not make it, but the ones that do are grateful and see the benefIts of being able to work with someone as skilled as Jimmy.

So, when it's time to replace your system, remember --product is 25% of what you are having done --the installation and the right installer are the other 75%.
