Heating

1. Heat Exchanger will be inspected for cracks and deterioration
2. Air filter will be checked
3. Burners will be cleaned
4. Pilot will be cleaned and adjusted as necessary
5. Safety controls will be operationally checked
6. Blower wheel will be inspected and motor will be lubricated
7. Gas line will be lead checked from the furnace shut off valve to the burners
8. Combustion air openings will be checked
9. Secure all panels to reduce operating costs and eliminate rattles
10. Thermostat will be checked and calibrated
11. Temperatures and performance will be recorded

Cooling

1. Condenser coil will be cleaned
2. Blower wheels will be inspected
3. Refrigerant charge will be checked by superheat! sub-cooling method
4. Air filter will be checked
5. Belts and pulleys will be inspected and adjusted as required
6. Thermostat will be checked and calibrated
7. Controls will be inspected and tested
8. Motors will be cleaned and inspected
9. Condensate drain will be checked to assure it is open and clean
10. Relays and contractors will be inspected
11. Unit wiring will be inspected and loose connections tightened
12. Temperatures and pressures will be taken and recorded.
